This page covers this marketing site only — not the Wemmick product, which runs on a firm's own systems and is described on the how it works page.
What we collect
When you submit the demo request form, we collect the name, email address, firm, state, and note you provide. We use it only to reply to your request. We do not sell it, and the only third parties that handle it are the service providers that deliver and host it, named below.
What we do not collect
This site runs no analytics, no tracking scripts, and no third-party cookies. It does not track you across other sites, and it sets no marketing cookies.
How the demo form is handled
Submitting the form sends an email to our team through Resend, a transactional email provider. Resend processes the message to deliver it and keeps its own record of sent mail for a limited time, under its own privacy policy. This site does not store the submission in a database: beyond Resend's record, it lives in our team's inbox.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses in order to serve pages. To limit repeated form submissions, this site holds the address a request came from in memory for a few minutes; it is not written anywhere. Our own server logs record whether a demo request was delivered, never what it said.
